Email delivery
We guarantee that we will send Online Mentor Trainee content by email, but we cannot guarantee that you will always receive it. This is because some computer servers block emails from other servers they don't recognise or which they categorise as 'spam'. If you go for more than a week without receiving one of our emails, our emails are being blocked - speak to your IT department to get them to deal with the block. Please also let us know – if there is something wrong at our end, we will obviously try and fix it.
Privacy
We have no interest in trying to make money out of selling your details to others, so we promise not to pass your names, email addresses or other information to third parties.
(The only exception to this - apart from the usual but unlikely caveats you get in these sorts of boilerplates about a Court or other competent tribunal ordering us to disclose the information for some statutory or other reason - is if we were to sell the Online Mentor Trainee as a business to someone else; in which case, they would be bound by our undertaking above).
Data Protection
We are registered under the Data Protection Act and will always do our best to comply with our obligations under it.
