I am a practising solicitor and work part-time for Henderson Risk Limited (www.hendersonrisk.com) as its in-house Company Legal Counsel.
I also head up a coaching consultancy ('Coaching Lawyers') which works with lawyers one-to-one, in their teams and departments and with senior law firm management. We help lawyers review and improve the way they work and help them focus on and achieve professional objectives. We help teams of lawyers work more effectively as a unit and achieve departmental objectives. We help senior law firm management look at both business strategy and managing law firm talent.

I have 8 years of experience in legal education and training, working part-time as a Senior Lecturer on LPC, GDL and LLM courses. I am also a course designer for the Nottingham at Kaplan Law School in London, writing tailored LPC programmes for corporate and commercial law firms.
